In The Midst of Our Success

In the midst of our success, we find great concern for the future and it becomes hard to focus, we wonder, we ponder and become vulnerable to life's circus. Up and down and round and round on an emotional roller coaster with no end in sight, when we finally stop, we think could this be it tonight?  The fact of the matter is, it is what it is. We chose, we lose and then we win some but we can't win it all, we must fall! If not, how can we learn from it all?  Is it love that we long for that we keep falling and falling? Love is where you find it and when we find love; we don't know what to do with it. I say, hold it, embrace it and keep it sacred.  In any shape or form it comes, hold it, embrace it and keep it sacred. Where Has Time Gone?

Where has the time gone? Family and friends far away and nearby. Somehow we've lost connection over time and now funerals, weddings and social media bring us back together again. Friends who were our enemies are now our friends. Family ties are broken and now family ties are mended. Old love lost and now old love is found. Amazing......wow, where has the time gone?  Do you ever sit and wonder if someone is thinking about you and if so how often? Do you ever want to reach out to that person and say hey, let's pick up where we left off? Do you ever say to yourself, why even bother because they're probably not thinking about me?  Well just when you start to doubt yourself, here they come with arms wide open and don’t you try to hide! You've opened the door, now it's time to let them in, now it's time to reminisce and connect. Now it's time to network and lend an ear or a helping hand. Now it's time to listen and pay attention. Listen, Listen and pay attention.  Everything happens for a reason, even if it's only for a season.
